ويشكل انقسامها إلى نصفين بشكل شبه هندسي، علامة فارقة في مظهرها، الذي يتسم أيضا بشكل مخروطي بسبب العوامل الجوية والرياح.
انفردت عن الجبال
سميت “النصلة” بهذا الاسم لأنها نصلت أو انفردت عن الجبال القريبة منها.
تبرز على واجهتها مجموعة من النقوش الثمودية والرسوم الصخرية لأشكال حيوانية متنوعة.
