وجه الإعلامي الأشهر في العراق أنور الحمداني ومن خلال حلقة يوم الجمعة الخامس عشر من أيلول 2023 من برنامجه الشهير ستوديو التاسعة والذي يعرض يوميا من على شاشة قناة الفلوجة الفضائية الساعة التاسعة مساء بتوقيت العاصمة العراقية بغداد ، سؤالا الى السيد محمد الحلبوسي رئيس مجلس النواب العراقي عن أسباب عدم وضع مشروع قانون العفو العام على جدول أعمال مجلس النواب رغم وصوله لرئاسة مجلس النواب من اللجنة القانونية منذ أكثر من أسبوع.
وفيما يلي نص الرسالة:
أتوجه بالسؤال التالي من مواطن الى السيد رئيس مجلس النواب العراق الموقر السيد محمد الحلبوسي المحترم السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته نعلم بانكم تتابعون قناه الفلوجه وحملتها الشعبيه الوطنيه لإقرار قانون العفو العام لإنصاف الأبرياء من خلال برنامج ستوديو التاسعة السيد الرئيس .. أوجه وأمام الجميع سؤالا لجنابكم لماذا لم يدرج قانون العفو العام في إحدى جلسات مجلس النواب حتى الساعة بينما قد مضى أكثر من أسبوع على إرساله من اللجنه القانونيه في مجلس النواب الى رئاسة مجلس النواب شنو اللي يمنع اخي الرئيس من الأعلان عن جلسه للقراءه الأولى ومن ثم القراءة الثانية، والأستماع إلى ملاحظات النواب الرافضين والداعمين وإيجاد جبهة وطنية واحده تهدف الى إقرار هذا القانون وإنصاف الأبرياء. كل لحظة اخي الرئيس محمد الحلبوسي..كل لحظة وليس كل ساعة ولا كل يوم ولا كل أسبوع ولا كل شهر يمر وهناك بريء في السجن هذا عند الله شيء كبير وأنتم جاي تشوفون اللي صاير بالدنيا والعالم لكثرة الفساد وكثرة المظالم..فهل ننتظر بالعراق أن يحصل فينا كما حصل لغيرنا أتقوا الله ..أتقوا الله أيها الماسكون بالمسؤوليه..إنصفوا الأبرياء حتى الله سبحانه وتعالى يمن علينا بالأمن وبالخيرات وبالأستقرار .. مستحيل أكو شعب ومستحيل أكو بلد مثل العراق 80 سنه مو سنه وسنتين .. 80 سنه ما مستقر منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية لليوم العراق ما مستقر ..أنطوني شعب أنطوني بلد مثل العراق ماخذه من ال41 لحد الآن بس الثورات والانتفاضات والتغييرات والانقلابات الى 2023 . يا جماعه ترى حرام هذا واجبكم.. أدعو من أخي الرئيس محمد الحلبوسي ان يجيبني على هذا التساؤل ومن خلاله لكل العراقيين ولعوائل المعتقلين الأبرياء ما الذي يمنع تقديم العفو العام للمناقشه داخل مجلس النواب وهذا الأمر لا يحتاج الى تصويت وإنما يحتاج الى موقف من رئاسة مجلس النواب هذا السؤال ليس سؤالا فرديا هذا السؤال لآلاف المواطنين اللي يريد يشوفون بلدهم شلون ماشي..يشوفون مصير ابنائهم ..الأمهات والزوجات والمعيلين لأطفالهم ..اهاليهم يريدون أن يعرفون شنو راح يصير.. القاعدين الآن يشوف البرنامج حتى من داخل السجون يريد يعرفون شنو مصيرهم.. أملنا بالله سبحانه وتعالى كبير..الله سبحانه وتعالى إن شاء الله..لن يترك العراق أمام هذه الماسي وأرجع واقول هذه الرساله للرئيس محمد الحلبوسي..أنتظر منه الإجابه منه هو شخصيا ..خلي يطلع بتصريح خلي يطلع بتغريده.. خلي يطلع بلقاء خلي يطلع بموقف.. إذا يريد يجي متفضلا في ستوديو التاسعة حياه الله ..وخلينا نسمع منه
